'My Sister Marley' is a painting that I hold close to my heart and was done for my Sister Marley. Marley and I discovered that we were sisters about 4 years ago. I had heard a rumour and decided that if I had another sister, I was going to find her. After months of research and making enquiries over several social networking sites I finally came across someone who was related to Marley and got in touch with her. At that time, Marley had recently lost her Mother and her Grandmother within a very short time and I believe that it was fate that we were united. This painting depicts Marley's Mother and Grandmother (the outer arc), Marley (the inner) arc, and Marley's three sons (the circles within the arcs). This painting now lives in Echuca, Victoria, with Marley and her family.
